About Amanda
I am a 32 year old private chef who was diagnosed at age 29 with Fibromyalgia. Since being officially diagnosed it is estimated that I have lived with Fibro since the age of 15. In addition I was diagnosed with Polymyalgia Rheumatica (PMR) at age 32. I went to culinary school at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts Las Vegas Campus.
The Challenge
I am challenging myself to complete every Gishwhes item that has been released. Due to the way that Gishwhes occurs I am normally only able to complete a couple of items during the competition period. I love Gishwhes and what it stands for and have decided that at the end of the day I want to do the items.
